Waxing is one of the most effective ways to remove unwanted
hair. Amy's Skin Care offers facial and body waxing customized to enhance your
appearance and leave your skin silky smooth. Amy uses Cirephil Wax safe for
even the most sensitive skin. Please make sure your hair is about 1/4" to
ensure the ability to grab the hair completely.

| Please beware that various prescriptions can cause sensitivity to the skin. |

You should not be on Accutane, Retin-A, Renova. Allow six months before waxing.

You should not be on antibiotics, Metro-Gel, Metro Cream, Psoritane, Differin
Gel. Allow 6 weeks before waxing.

No AHA or other facial peels for at least 48 hours prior to waxing services.

No recent cosmetic surgery.

No open lesions or contagious diseases.

Women should avoid waxing three days prior and the first three days of their
periods; the skin is most sensitive during this time.
